REDSHIFT partnered with Autofuss and Unit9 to completely redesign the product site for the Google Nexus family of phones and tablets. We created a site with rich, interactive moments to help non-technical customers imagine new Nexus features and technology in their everyday lives.
REDSHIFT designed and built a touchscreen kiosk that provides rich, interactive visualizations of live data from Norton's online store. With a touch, Norton employees can discover and explore patterns in critical data driving the business. Winner of a 2012 Communicator Award and shortlisted for a 2012 Design Week Award.

Younicos is a global pioneer in renewable energy solutions. The touchscreen application we designed shows off their next-generation energy storage solution with highly approachable infographics and animations.
We designed an integrated Facebook app for OpenTable called "Places I've Eaten", which allows diners to easily curate and share great restaurant experiences with friends. It also marked the first collaboration between Facebook and OpenTable.
For SF Design Week 2013, we created an interactive "bitmap" installation using ping-pong balls and rare earth magnets. As the guests experimented with the board over a one-hour period, we captured their creations in a time-lapse video.
David is an expert in internet technology, user experience and digital business strategy.
In 1999 David co-founded Internet Learning Corporation (ILC), a VC-backed startup focusing on creative, customized e-learning solutions, which was acquired in 2002 by A.S.K. Learning. During his seven years as CTO of A.S.K., David lead the development of e-learning initiatives for clients including HP, Cisco Systems, Veritas, EMC, Sony, Commonwealth Bank and PriceWaterHouseCoopers.
David is a graduate of Stanford University.
Steffan is an award-winning creative director with extensive interactive design and creative strategy experience.
Steffan began his career as an illustrator and designer. In 2000, Steffan was appointed Art Director of the interactive department at Excite.com. In 2002 he joined A.S.K. Learning, a digital design agency, where he became Creative Director and expanded the firm's portfolio to include interactive marketing and consumer experience consulting. Steffan has lead successful programs for such clients as Google, Cisco Systems, Symantec, Salesforce.com, Genentech, Credit Suisse and Chevron.
Steffan attended Clark University, where he received a B.A. cum laude in English Literature.
Stewart Maclennan is an interface design expert and film director.
Stewart’s work includes UX and digital content solutions, as well as commercials and interactive campaigns for companies such as Google, Symantec, HP, Fila, Klipsch Audio, Citizine.tv, and UC Berkeley. His films have been featured in publications and at events around the world, most recently at the 2014 Milan Fashion Film Festival.
Stewart graduated from Stanford University before attending the USC School of Cinema-Television.
Cindy Phung is an internet product manager and strategist with over 14 years of web design and development experience.
Combining a technical background with a passion for innovation, Cindy has worked with both large enterprise companies such as World Savings & Loan and growing startups such as ResMAE, Sportgenic, and Fixya to help launch successful new web-based products.
Cindy received her B.S. in Computer Science at San Francisco State University.

At Eveo, a digital healthcare agency, Scott provided leadership for interaction design, information architecture and user experience for mobile, web, kiosk and console applications for companies such as Genentech, Novartis and Amgen.
Scott received his B.A. in Neurobiology at the University of Virginia and his M.F.A. in Creative Writing at San Francisco State University.
Amelia is an award-winning communications consultant specializing in digital content strategy and user experience.
She has worked with a diverse roster of nonprofit, startup and corporate clients to develop programs that support at-risk youth, help small farms become profitable, and teach kids how to code.
Amelia graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley and holds a Master in Business Design from Domus Academy in Milan, where she graduated with Distinction for her research on behavioral change through persuasive design.

His 15-year career includes a wide variety of work in both print and pixels, and his designs have been featured in Print Magazine, In Style Magazine and How Design Books. Previous clients include IDEO, Urban Outfitters, the de Young Museum, Chronicle Books and Isaac Mizrahi.

Kenneth is a technologist, strategist, and tinkerer passionate about applying human-centered design for innovation. His superpowers include systems thinking, pattern-matching, and sensemaking.
He began his career in strategy consulting, where he worked with a diverse range of clients from the University of California to the American Red Cross. He found his passion in user experience while designing the Health Insurance Exchange for two states, which currently serves over 2 million customers as part of Obamacare’s effort to increase health insurance coverage and affordability.
Kenneth graduated with a B.S. magna cum laude in both Cognitive Neuroscience and Anthropology from Brown University.
Anna is a versatile designer specializing in user interface design, illustration and front-end development.
She began her career in editorial, where she created interactive graphics for media outlets such as Texas Monthly and the Austin-American Statesman. She then led web design at OSIsoft, a global data software company, before leading visual design at Uversity, an EdTech startup that builds apps for students and universities.
Anna holds a B.A. in Rhetoric and Writing from The University of Texas at Austin.
Lettuce is arguably the most talented technologist in the REDSHIFT office. He began his career in the food industry as a siamese fighting fish where he led a group of talented, hungry pescetarians to triumphant oceanic feasts.
Lettuce holds a B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley.
